Split Set Mining Ground Support

 

Split set is a new type of full-length anchorage and active reinforcement of surrounding rock. Its three-dimensional part is a longitudinally-slotted high-strength steel pipe. When installed in a drilling hole slightly smaller than the diameter of the pipe, it can immediately exert radial pressure on the hole wall and prevent the friction of surrounding rock from sliding down within the full-length range, plus the bearing force of the anchor tray plate, so that the surrounding rock is in a three-way stress state. And achieve rock stability. When the surrounding rock is displaced by blasting vibration, the anchoring force increases obviously in the later stage. When the surrounding rock is displaced significantly, the bolt does not lose its support resistance, and it has better characteristics than the expanded shell bolt.

2. Blow the rock powder inside the hole with pressure wind.
3. Install the anchor disc on the rod body and drive the anchor rod into the hole with a hammer drill.
Recommended calculation method of hole diameter of pipe seam bolt:
In rock formation: Diameter of drilling hole = (0.9-0.95) x diameter of anchor rod
Bolt drilling depth: bolt length +100mm drilling slope < 1%
In coal seam: diameter of drilling hole =(0.9-1.00)× diameter of anchor rod
Bolt drilling depth: bolt length +200mm drilling deviation slope < 1.5%
