Pipe slotted bolt is a new type of full-length anchorage and active reinforcement of surrounding rock. Its three-dimensional part is a longitudinally-slotted high-strength steel pipe. When installed in a drilling hole slightly smaller than the diameter of the pipe, it can immediately exert radial pressure on the hole wall and prevent the friction of surrounding rock from sliding down within the full-length range, plus the bearing force of the anchor tray plate, so that the surrounding rock is in a three-way stress state. And achieve rock stability. When the surrounding rock is displaced by blasting vibration, the anchoring force increases obviously in the later stage. When the surrounding rock is displaced significantly, the bolt does not lose its support resistance, and it has better characteristics than the expanded shell bolt.

Product Usage
1. Determine the anchor bolt hole position according to design requirements and drill holes using drilling tools.
2. Blow out the rock powder inside the hole with compressed air.
3. Install an anchor plate on the rod and use an impact drill to drive the anchor rod into the hole.
Recommended calculation method for drilling hole diameter of pipe joint anchor rod:
In rock layers: borehole diameter=(0.9-0.95) x anchor rod diameter
Anchor rod drilling depth: Anchor rod length+100mm, drilling deviation rate < 1%
In coal seams: borehole diameter=(0.9-1.00) x anchor rod diameter
Anchor rod drilling depth: Anchor rod length+200mm, drilling deviation rate < 1.5%
